Helen Thorsen Butoh Workshop

We focus on harnessing the innate poetry of the body as a pathway to experiencing the profound presence of wonder. By intentionally bringing ourselves to rest within the home of the body, we create opportunities for deeper connection and awareness of self. Transcending cultural boundaries together, we can cultivate a shared space where transformation can unfold. By working with improvisation, we unravel the layers of conformity and reconnect to the foundation for authentic expression.
