About the event
"Embodying the Spirit: the body finds its way"
Experience training methods towards a supple body and mind and investigate aesthetics
common to butoh through creative explorations. In this workshop we will celebrate the energy
and textures of Fall, focusing on the wind element and the life cycle of trees. Partner work will
facilitate participants’ individual and collective journeys.
